Meet & Greet:

Catharine Rocha has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Catharine is recognized in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (L.C.P.C.). Additionally, she is an Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist, EMDR trained, and Breath Work Practitioner. 

With approximately 20 years in the mental field serving children and adults, Catharine has extensive experience working in a variety of treatment settings, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and community mental health. Aside from her expertise working with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, dissociative disorders, and addiction. Catharine is deeply committed to helping lead patients, families, and clinicians towards values-directed and resilient lives.
